AUSTRALIA 

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100 in Australia. For all other orders the following domestic shipping options apply:

Standard - $10 flat rate with delivery with Austpost, with tracking details.

Express - $15 priority rate with delivery with Express, with tracking details.

WORLDWIDE

Delivery times vary by destination country.  Most international orders will be delivered within 4 and 21 business days of order fulfilment at our warehouse. Tracking details will be provided.

The exact shipping options for your country will be presented during checkout.  International orders can experience delays, if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of order placement, please contact us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We offer return & exchange of non-used items and still in its original packaging only. By Beauty Buddies reserves the right to refuse any return at any time. 

If the item you received is damaged, we apologise deeply. We do our best to ensure product safely get to your door with biodegradable packing materials, yet transit at times can be rough. Please contact us with photos of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our customer service team will review and be in touch.

Once confirmed, all return and exchanges must be returned within 30 days of initiating a return label. If products are not received or are not in transit after 30 days, returns will be at the cost of the customer.
