All orders are shipped within 24-36 hours from our warehouse in New South Wales, Australia.
Delivery times will depend on the shipping option and destination. For standard shipping within Australia, consider 2-5 business days. For international shipping, consider up to 2 weeks.
Australia All orders are tracked from our facility to your door.
Your tracking number will show on your thank you page when your order is placed. A link to that page will also be emailed to you along with your receipt so you can return to track the package at any time.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Tracking is provided upon confirmation of your order.
While we trust our customers will love our products, we are happy to help if you do need to return an order. The products must be in pristine condition and returned in its original packing. Kindly email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
